Derailed

Clive Owen and Jennifer Aniston in the film Derailed

Based on the best-selling novel by James Siegel (No wonder this film is so well written and scripted). It’s a real edge of your seat thriller, very much like Hitchcocks films in the past, it builds the tension throughout with some terrific plot twists, some obvious and some not so.

Mr Brooks (Serial killer? Career killer more like)

25 02 2008

Mr Brooks

Mr Brooks stars Kevin Costner and Demi Moore and is very much a throwback to the 80’s style of suspense movie. Mr Costner talks to his alter ego played (quite well) by William Hurt and fights with his inner conscience about whether to commit another ‘Thumb Print’ killing. Read the rest of this entry »
